How the retainer works
First meeting
We learn your products, your team and where you need support, then agree the scope and a fixed monthly fee.
On call each month
Your team contacts us by phone, WhatsApp or video call during office hours, Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00. We visit your site when the work needs it.
Minimum three months
The retainer runs for a minimum of three months, so we have time to learn your products and follow issues through.
